mmmm... strawberries......

Another boring day at work. It's so quiet now, not much to do to keep busy. Thank goodness for the internet!! Was able to kill enough time to make it through. Andrea picked me up at quarter to five and we headed off to Zellers before going to her place for the sex toy party. Did I mention that was this weekend? Yeah, so that was amusing but rather dull. And boo, there were guys there! There weren't many people there and they brought their husbands. Bah. I had to sit next to Scott, but he's very quiet so it wasn't bad, he didn't try anything. The presentation itself was was rather dry. But that was just because I wasn't interested in any of the lubes or massage gels or whatever the hell else there was. And when she got to the toys, they weren't my idea of good. They felt weird, some strange material that was kind of sticky, and they weren't very strong either - though that may have been bad batteries. After the presentation we were able to look through the catalogs, which of course had way more to offer. Pretty much every kind of vibe I've ever seen in a sex store was in the catalog, and I was looking for a replacement so I did end up ordering one. Strawberry scented to boot!

Eternal Night Productions begin training!

Work was somewhat long, but it was bettered by how everyone loves my new hairstyle and kept commenting on it all day! Wow.. I don't think I've ever had that before. I guess that's what you get for making a drastic change. It'd be hard for someone NOT to notice! I'm really excited because I got my video editing software installed on my PC and was able to make a test movie tonight. It's really easy to use this program and there's lots of really neat things that can be done! Now I just have to come up with some shorts to try out, and experiment with various post production effects!

No triangles for me

Today was pretty much a bust because I had to go into work for a 4 hour training meeting. How dull! It was a useful meeting, but I'm not sure how much of it I'll retain anyway. I just kept the documentation and will go over it in my own good time. I have a bit of a break from the Scott issue. Previously I was led to believe that he and his long-time girlfriend were now breaking up, and that's why he was wanting to get to know me. Tonight his girlfriend got ahold of my cell number and text messaged me. She asked if I was interested in her boyfriend, to which I was able to honestly reply that I'm not interested in someone who's currently dating someone else. She thanked me for that, and told me that she loves him. Whatever issues those two are having are none of my business and I will not encourage anything at all from Scott if I see him. I refuse to talk to him on the phone, too. I will not be the "other woman", and I don't want to date him anyway so it works out. I know he may be considering breaking up with her, but it's none of my business. I will not encourage him. I couldn't live with myself if I did! What if I were in this girls' shoes??

Transformation!

I went out to get my hair done today. Got to Utopia at 1:30, and didn't get out until after 5pm!! And boy, did it ever HURT to get my hair dyed! The lady had to keep combing my hair and I have a very sensitive scalp. You can't put a comb through my hair when it's dry either, it gets snarled up very easily.. but she kept doing it. Gah. But now my hair's a lovely shade of golden blonde. After that, she cut & styled it, which turned out very well. I got it all chopped off! It was getting too unmanageable and kept shedding everywhere. Blah. So now it's REAL short. I don't think I have a picture of myself anywhere yet. I might as well stick up one that Kok took of me with her loverly new digital camera. After spending all afternoon at the hair salon, I met up with Kok. We did some shopping then watched movies. It was great to have some time to catch up!
